Training At Home: We recommend that you wear shoes when training at home to protect your feet, ankles and knees.A mat is helpful but not required. Just you, a towel, a drink bottle... and maybe an open window or fan!
A trainer will be on the call 10 min prior to class commencement so you can discuss any mobility restrictions or adaptations.
