Are you the owner of Emu Creek Pony Club?

The Emu Creek Pony Club was established in 1958 as a breakaway group from the Western District Pony Club ( the latter being the first Pony Club established in Western Victoria). The name “Emu Creek” was suggested by the first D. C. , Mrs Barbara Nash.
The club started with 64 riding members, 9 associates and 29 adult supporters. Membership fees were 7/6 in the old currency. One original Committee Member still lives in the area, Mrs Anne Bryant of Camperdown.
Over the years the club held rallies at the Noorat Showgrounds, Terang Trotting Track and the Terang Racing Club. The club moved to its now outstanding facility on the Terang dry lake bed in 2001.
The original uniform included a white jumper which was changed to gum leaf green in 1998.
