Edmonton Junior Rugby League Club

The Edmonton Junior Rugby League Club headquarters is situated on Mt Peter Road Edmonton.

The club was founded in 2002 when a need for a junior league club in the fast-growing southern corridor of Cairns was identified by the community. The Edmonton suburb was favoured as the ideal area because of the distances between long-running clubs Gordonvale's “Southern Suburbs” and Mooroobool's “Kangaroos”. Edmonton Storm could accommodate players living in Bayview, White Rock, Mt Sheridan, Bentley Park, Edmonton, and Forest Gardens.
