About
Welcome to Eastern Lions Kart Club (ELKC), a sports club located in Mitchell Shire, Australia. ELKC is more than just a place to race; it is a community where karting enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels can come together to enjoy the world's most affordable form of motorsport.
Karting is a sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages, with children as young as seven competing behind the wheel. It not only offers a competitive environment but also teaches basic driving skills to young boys and girls well before they are able to obtain their road licence. Karting provides an opportunity to gain a career in motorsport and offers a safe and organised environment to learn and grow.
At ELKC, we foster a strong sense of community both on and off the track. Our club is family-oriented, with involvement in the sport extending beyond racing. We believe in the power of karting to bring people together, creating lasting friendships and lifelong memories.
Eastern Lions Kart Club acknowledges the support of the Victorian Government in the development of our website, as well as Karting Australia and all affiliated State Karting Associations in their commitment to stamp out unacceptable behaviour at all levels of Australian Karting.
Please note that ELKC is not a hire karting club. To join our club, you are required to bring your own go-kart and be licenced under Karting Australia. We also offer sponsorship opportunities for those interested in supporting our club and its members.
If you have any questions or inquiries, please feel free to contact us using the provided form on our website. We value your feedback and are here to assist in any way we can.
Join us at Eastern Lions Kart Club and become a part of Australia's thriving karting community. Start your journey in motorsport with us and experience the thrill, adrenaline, and camaraderie that karting has to offer.
