Membership options at Deloraine Golf Club include Full Membership, offering 12 months of membership with voting and playing rights. The 2023 fee for Full Membership is $440 for both male and female players. There is also the option of Summer Membership, which provides playing rights during Daylight Saving time each year, and Winter Membership, which allows play during Non-Daylight Saving time each year. Summer and Winter Memberships do not include the ability to play in Club Championships or board events and do not offer reciprocal playing rights.

Dual Membership is available for individuals who are full 12-month financial members of another club. Dual Members are not eligible to enter Championships unless they have played a minimum of five games. The 2023 fee for Dual Membership is $250.
Colts, for individuals aged 18–20 years, can join the club for a fee of $250 in 2023. Junior membership is available for individuals under 18 years of age, with a handicap ($27 fee) or without a handicap ($11 application fee only).
