C. was established in January 2013 on Sydney's Northern beaches. We continue the tradition of the legendary Soke Hirokazu Kanazawa, teaching his inspired and comprehensive syllabus from first principles.
The syllabus is progressive and consists of three key elements: Kihon (basics), Kata (patterns) and Kumite (sparring). In addition to the formal syllabus, practical SELF DEFENCE teaches students to recognise, avoid and deal with tricky situations.
