Their Water Safety and Learn to Swim programmes are ideal for beginners, starting from FREE Water Familiarisation classes for children as young as 3 months. The academy also offers Squad Programmes designed to cater to the individual requirements of swimmers who wish to pursue the sport competitively. For adults, DLSA offers Adult Fitness Programmes designed to improve swimming technique, build fitness, or overcome fear of the water.
