Singing/Tap, at our end-of-year concert. The concert is a fantastic opportunity for students to showcase what they have learned throughout the year and for families to come together and celebrate their achievements. Dancenergy Studio offers a variety of classes for dancers of all ages and skill levels. From our specialised Itsy Bitsy programme for 1-5 year olds to our Ready Set Move and Ready Set Dance classes, we provide quality dance tuition that instils confidence within a safe and inclusive environment.
At Dancenergy Studio, we understand the importance of starting dance education at a young age. That's why we have developed our Itsy Bitsy programme specifically for our little dancers aged 1–5 years old. Our RSD and RSB classes focus on building confidence, coordination, and creativity. We believe that by choosing us, instead of just a pop-up class in a public venue, your child can continue to grow and thrive in the same dance family, with the same teachers and classmates, ensuring consistency and quality.
Our Ready Set Move with Me class is designed for toddlers aged 1–3 years old and their grown-ups. It is a 40-minute class that includes creative movement and music. The class consists of three sections – engage, explore, and express – and incorporates activities such as music, nursery rhymes, lap play, sensory exploration, and free dance movement. Participating in this class can significantly contribute to your child's play, development, and learning during this critical period of brain growth.
For children aged 2–5 years old, we offer the Ready Set Dance programme. This one-hour combo class combines jazz, tap, hip-hop, singing, music, and a lot of fun. The curriculum takes a playful approach to learning and dancing, igniting the imagination and curiosity of youngsters. Students will participate in exercises in jazz, music, singing, tap, and hip-hop, all with original music tracks.
The class also incorporates fun props like parachutes, bean bags, shakers, microphones, rhythm sticks, and magic wands. Ready Set Dance allows students to experience all genres of performing arts in one class and builds confidence, coordination, and creativity.
