Dalecki Strength has been producing exceptional gymnastics results to clients since 2014. Our goal is to provide individuals, coaches and gyms with programs which will develop their skill training and coaching needs. Kathryn and Evelina Dalecki have over 20 years of experience in Gymnastics and Fitness Training and are passionate about developing all aspects of whole body conditioning, mobility, strength and skills to help participants move well through functional body weight movements.
