Curves Morisset

Curves Morisset is a women's health and fitness club located in Lake Macquarie City Council. It is part of the well-known and respected Curves franchise, which has been helping women around the world get healthier and stronger for over 30 years.

The club offers a 30-minute total body workout programme that combines strength training, cardio, and stretching. One of the highlights of Curves Morisset is the Workout of the Week (WOW). Each week, a new WOW is available on the Curves Circuit. This workout incorporates strength training movements using the Curves equipment, as well as four different conditioning movements. The conditioning movements are selected from the class categories of Balance, Body Basics, Boxing, and Cardio, providing a comprehensive workout that improves core strength, balance, agility, and coordination.

Repeating the same workout throughout the week helps members gain confidence and familiarity with the movements, leading to better results.

To ensure members receive personalised attention and guidance, Curves Morisset offers one-on-one coaching. A Curves Coach is always on hand to provide support, offer modifications, and personalise the workout according to individual needs and goals.
