Curtin-Victoria Park Cricket Club

The Curtin - Victoria Park Cricket Club was formed in the winter of 1999, an amalgamation of two of the area's most powerful cricketing teams. Curtin University, formed in 1972, has a history of First Grade topships and boasts an alumni of some of the competitions' finest players, including Roger Hearne, Steve Onesti, Andrew Gregory, and John Lindsay. Victoria Park can boast of being the oldest team in the competition, formed in 1895, playing at the picturesque Harold Rossiter ground.
