The Cribb Island Board Riders Club is named after the legendary community of Cribb Island, a small fishing town that once thrived where Brisbane Airport now sits.
The Club was started by a bunch of airport workers and friends who wanted to create a family-friendly social club where people of all ages can get together to share a love of water and snow – and indulge in some healthy competition.
The Club holds regular surf competitions, including the legendary Brisbane Airport Corporate Surf Challenge, and is planning ski and surf trips, paddle board days and of course a heap of social events.
