
Fishing in a competition. Rule3 All eligible fish must be of legal size as specified by Victorian fishing regulations. Rule4 All fish that are caught and weighed must be presented alive for weighing. Rule5 Only one line may be used per angler.
Rule6 All anglers must have a valid Victorian fishing licence. Rule7 Any disputes or concerns regarding competition results or rules must be brought to the attention of the competition convenor or the club committee within 24 hours of the competition ending. Rule8 Any angler found to be in violation of the competition rules or Victorian fishing regulations may be disqualified from the competition and may face further disciplinary action from the club. Rule9 Any angler found to be using illegal or unsportsmanlike tactics may be disqualified from the competition and may face further disciplinary action from the club.
Rule10 The decision of the competition convenor and/or the club committee is final and cannot be appealed. Rule11 Participants are responsible for their own safety and must take all necessary precautions when fishing in competitions. The Craigieburn Angling Club is committed to promoting safe and responsible fishing practises. By participating in our competitions, anglers are expected to abide by all competition rules and Victorian fishing regulations, and to show respect for the environment and fellow participants.
