Country Rugby League of NSW Inc was established in 1934 and in 1994 it was incorporated as Country Rugby League of NSW Inc (“CRL”). The CRL aims to endorse, administrate, manage Rugby League and play a key role in transforming the game to become the most popular participated team sport in regional New South Wales. CRL aims to do this by providing excellent services, development and educational programmes to form a solid foundation to produce the future stars of the game. The CRL currently oversees approximately 57, 000 registered members and 500 clubs divided into 6 regions, this accounts for all junior and senior club level competition across regional NSW.
This number is expected to grow due to market trends and the continuing dedication of the massive volunteer army.
