

The Coromandel Cricket Club, established in 1862, is a prestigious sports club located in Adelaide, South Australia. With a history spanning over 160 years, the club has become an integral part of the Blackwood, Coromandel Valley, Eden Hills, Belair, Hawthorndene, Bellevue Heights, Glenalta, Craigburn Farm, and surrounding districts.
As the second-oldest cricket club in South Australia, Coromandel has been a proud member of the Adelaide & Suburban Cricket Association (ASCA) since 1938/1939. Currently, the club fields 12 teams, including 5 senior teams and 7 junior teams. This diverse range of teams caters to various cricketing abilities and backgrounds, from experienced Grade cricket players to those who are new to the game.
Coromandel Cricket Club also provides ample opportunities for younger cricketers to develop and learn the game. The club ensures their participation by fielding teams in the Under 16s, 14s, 12s, and 10s competitions of the South Central Junior Cricket Association.

Club matches take place at various locations, including the Hewett Sports Ground, which has been the club's home ground since 1892. The A and B grade teams (Sections 1 & 2) play all their home matches at this venue. Additionally, the club utilises Blackwood Hill Oval as its second home ground for C and D grade teams (Sections 6 and 8), while Hawthorndene Primary School hosts the E grade team (Section 9). Manson Oval in Bellevue Heights and several primary schools in the district, such as Belair and Blackwood, also serve as playing venues for the club.
