

Commando Tough is training structured to develop a warrior’s physique while simultaneously strengthening the mind and spirit to an elite level. It is training that builds character and self-confidence through functional fitness, strength drills, endurance exercises and mental toughness teachings.
Being Commando Tough is so much more than just training to have a good beach body; It is a way of life, a state of mind and a level of self-mastery. Our focus is to provide you with the most tried and tested, effective training and coaching methods and practises.
Commando Tough is lead by experienced Special Forces Commando soldiers, who have conducted numerous Operational deployments to East Timor, Iraq, The Sinai, Afghanistan and numerous Counter Terrorisim tours with Australias top CT force. These men know what it is like to be pushed and tested in some of the most difficult situations imaginable – you are in good hands.
MISSION – Commando Tough will provide everyday civilians a platform in which they are able to embody the persona and train like a true warrior. We aim to develop knowledge and awareness of fitness, health, and nutrition which will aid people in the challenges and decisions made throughout their lives. We aim to create mentally tough human beings who are able to successfully tackle any situation thrown at them.
PURPOSE – To provide a sense of achievement and self pride in a mentally tough, challenging environment.
