Physical Culture or “Physie” is a fun dance sport combining dance, floor and standing exercises. It's great for physical fitness, flexibility, coordination, posture and building confidence.
Whether you are 3 or 73, a regular exerciser or a little 'out of practise', physi is the perfect sport for girls and ladies of any age and any fitness level.
Collaroy Plateau Physical Culture Club is a not-for-profit club run by a committee of volunteers and four very dedicated teachers making physi a very affordable sport.
