The committee oversees various aspects of the club's operations, including coaching, facilities, registrations, and sponsorship.
Coffs City United FC offers a range of programmes and opportunities for players of all ages and skill levels. The club has a strong focus on player development and provides qualified junior coaches and a dedicated Director of Coaching to support the growth and improvement of its players. The club also runs an exclusive junior academy each year to provide additional training and development opportunities for young players.
With a thriving membership base, Coffs City United FC is proud to be the largest club in Coffs Harbour and the second largest in the zone. The club welcomes players from all backgrounds and actively supports women in football, boasting a large female membership base. To cater to the growing interest in the sport, the club hosts a popular summer six-aside competition, which sees over 700 players from ages 8 to 80 participating every Tuesday night.
Coffs City United FC has a rich history of success on the field. The men's leading league team has consistently dominated the NCF premier League division, earning numerous Minor and Major leadingships over the years. In 2015, the team made it to the 6th round of the FFA Cup. In 2020, they won the inaugural Coastal premier League in both the first and reserve grade.
The club has also achieved significant milestones off the field. In 2021, Coffs City United FC earned a 5-star rating in the National Club Development Programme, demonstrating its commitment to excellence in governance and organisation. The club also completed a major upgrade to its canteen and installed two new grandstands near the main field. Additionally, the Senior Men's team won the CPL competition for the second year in a row, while the Senior Women's team attained minor premierships in both the 2nd Division and over 30s categories.
