CLUB VULCAN is a fully equipped & fully supervised fitness centre in Menai. It is owned and operated by former international Gladiator and Film/TV personality, 'Vulcan' and his family.

When you join Club Vulcan you will receive full supervision from our friendly and professional staff. They will design a personalised programme for you at no extra charge. Programme updates, instruction, and motivation are FREE when you join Club Vulcan.

Our modern facilities offer Cardio Fitness and Strength Training, as well as boxing, wrestling, sports specific and individual fitness training for all age groups and backgrounds – from the beginner through to the advanced athlete.
