Club Dynamite

Club Dynamite has been operating in the Mansfield area of Brisbane since September 1993. The owner moved from the country of northern NSW where she operated 3 small country town clubs and several school activity programmes.

The development of Club Dynamite in Brisbane has seen spectacular growth from a small club of around 280 students to the thriving business it is today with over 800 members enjoying learning gymnastics.

Over the years we have been involved in many aspects of the gymnastics community. Heather Smith the clubs director was instrumental in the development of gymnastics for everybody both at a national and state level. The goal was greater participation in the sport and a high profile of media interest on a national scale. Highlights have been organising Australia's first International display event in 2001, designing many large scale team events for the Queensland gymnastics Association and many years of being involved on the board of directors of gymnastics helping to steer the sport to even greater opportunities.

The students of Club Dynamite have the opportunity to be involved in these spectacular events as they progress through our clearly defined skill based class programmes.

Our programmes have produced many of gymnastics best sporting athletes, our strength is to develop the passion and commitment within every student encouraging excellent skills and clear pathways in gynmastics and performance. One of our greatest achievements is the hundreds of happy faces we see every week coming back to our programmes and each shining in some special way each week.
