Clovelly Eskimos Winter Swimming

Clovelly Eskimos Winter Swimming Club was established in 1954 and is a subcommittee of the Clovelly Surf Club. The Clovelly Eskimos Club operates in the off-season, conducting swimming races across the bay from 11am on Sundays between May and September each year. Membership is open to surf club members and non-surf club members, providing an opportunity to stay active and socialise during the winter months.

The weekly races consist of two events: 33yds (across the bay), and 66yds (across and back). Races are handicapped, with new members required to do two time trials prior to competing in the weekly events. Members are also encouraged to participate in Club Championship and interclub and National events.

Sign on time for races is 10am-10. 45am. Juniors commence at 10. 45am, Adults commence at 11am.
