The Chipping Norton Football Club is a community based ‘not for profit’ sporting club that is home to some 400 young soccer players per season (across approximately 30 teams). The Club has supported thousands of players since its inception in 1982, at its quality home ground venue of South Park in Chipping Norton’s ‘Lakeside’ precinct. Referred to as “Chippo Chargers” or “CNFC”, the Club is committed to the facilitation of ‘grassroots’ soccer football in the Southern Districts region within the Liverpool and Fairfield council boundaries. CNFC provides a fun and family oriented environment for both boys and girls of all ages and ability levels, enabling players to find a team of either a competitive or participatory nature.
As a grassroots community club, CNFC provides an introduction to the game of football, and a pathway to representative level forms of the game. The club has a rich history of success amongst both its boys and girls teams at local and state level, demonstrating its willingness to support women’s football along with the men. The Club welcomes all interested parties – players, coaches, managers, and sponsors!
