Cherum Callisthenics is a rapidly growing, successful club in the southern suburbs. Starting from age 3, participants learn choreographed items of marching, dancing, flexibility, hand-held apparatus, ballet, and singing. Cherum Callisthenics was formed in 2002. Cherum Calisthenic College is a Coach Run club.

Callisthenics is a unique sport and is a great way to make new friends and learn an artistic sport. Participants have the opporutnity to perform in teams and individually through Graceful Solo and Best Type Solos and duo.
