The first court was earth situated near the old Primary School in Learmonth St. In 1906 the club joined with the Tennis Club on gravel courts in Halliday St.
In 1909 the club separated from the Tennis Club and a court was established on the site now occupied by the Senior Citizens' Club. The first lawn court was planted in 1922. 1953 saw the club move to its current site, butit wasn't until 1972 that the current clubhouse was built & opened.
The club has 2 A Grade lawns with lights.
Our season begins in September and finishes in May, although social play continues throughout the winter months. Teams compete in the Murray Valley Region's Pennant Competition. Each year we have club play-offs. Association players participate in the Peg McGrath Doubles competition and our closing day is the Courtney Keith Challenge when Golf Croquet and Association members participate in a Golf Croquet Challenge.
These 2 events are held in memory of past members.
