Welcome to the Carngham Linton Football Netball Club, a thriving sports club located in Ballarat, Australia. We are proud members of the Central Highlands Football League and have a rich history of success. Our senior football team has been crowned leadings on numerous occasions, including in 1974, 1976, 1982, 1983, 1984, 1985, 1987, 1989, 1990, 1995, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2004, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
At the Carngham Linton Football Netball Club, we are committed to fostering a strong sense of community, both on and off the field. We recently held our Annual General Meeting for the 2022 season and would like to congratulate the elected committee members who will lead our club to success. Our executive committee includes Greg Spratling as President, Cameron Haines as Vice President, Michael O'Beirne as Secretary, Carolyn Loader as Treasurer, Nev Nuske as Football Director, Ally Clack as Netball Director, and Cameron Haines as Revenue Director. We also have non-executive committee positions available for various roles such as Catering Director, Membership Director, Merchandise Director, Communications Director, Facilities Director, Junior Football Director, Junior Netball Director, and Volunteer Coordinator.
The Carngham Linton Football Netball Club is currently accepting senior and junior footballers and netballers for the upcoming 2022 Central Highlands League season. As a responsible sports club, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our members. We have implemented COVIDSafe requirements in accordance with community football and netball guidelines. Our COVIDSafe plan is available on our website under the Code of Conduct/Policies tab. Additionally, we are proud to be a level 3 Good Sports accredited club, which means we actively work towards creating a safe and healthy environment for all.
We adhere to liquor licence regulations, have bar management strategies in place, and our bar staff are trained in Responsible Service of Alcohol. We also have a safe transport policy to ensure the well-being of our members.
