Carlingford High School has a proud tradition in sport. The school is a member of the Ku-ring-Gai Zone Secondary School Sports Association where we compete against seven other co-educational schools in the local area in grade sports as well as in swimming, athletics and cross country. We also participate in sporting gala days where Year 7 and 8 students compete against other schools in the zone in the areas of soccer, netball, touch football and ultimate Frisbee.
Carlingford High School offers a varied selection of sports for both boys and girls, both competitive and social, for students to select.
The competitive sports include Basketball, Speedaway, Indoor cricket, European handball, Indoor and outdoor soccer, Frisbee, Netball, Volleyball, Badminton, Oztag, Sofcrosse, Squash, AFL, Hockey, Rugby, and Water polo.
The social sports include Tenpin bowling, Tennis, Ice skating, Tae Kwon Do, Basketball and table tennis.
