They went on to win several premierships, including a hat trick from 1998 to 2000. In total, they have won 13 senior leadingships, three women's topships, and numerous junior leadingships.

The club is led by a dedicated coaching staff for each age group and gender. Head Coach Wes Glass oversees the seniors team, while Steve Harris leads the reserves. There are also coaches for the women's team, under 18 Colts, under 18 girls, under 16, under 15 girls, and under 14.
