CMS Crows Football and Netball Club formed in 1994 as an amalgamation of Curramulka, Minlaton and Stansbury Clubs when a lack of players forced the six Southern Yorke Peninsula Football League teams to amalgamate into two teams and join the Yorke Valley League. Soon after, the new configuration of teams became the Yorke Peninsula Football and Netball Leagues.
