Programmed by 2 x Commonwealth games athlete Belinda Van Tienen classes are designed to develop the fundamentals of weight lifting to gain correct motor patterns, strength, speed, power, and flexibility. Whether you're a local Olympic lifter, powerlifter, CrossFit enthusiast who needs some technique touch ups or have an interest in Olympic lifting these classes are highly recommended for you.

Yes, we provide 24/7 Open gym access for members.
We run sessions from Mon to Thu 06:00 to 19:30, Fri 06:00 to 18:30, and Sat 07:00 to 10:00.
