The Byford Golf Club is a social golf club based in Perth, Western Australia and was formed in 1975 by members of the Byford & Districts Country Club who needed to find an activity when the bowls season ended. The Club was originally based at the B&DCC and members played their home games at the Marri Park Golf Course. Our home course has changed over the years from Marri Park, Kwinana and Pinjarra. We are now based at the Rockingham Golf Course.
We play a different course each week and our season lasts around forty weeks. Our members enjoy stroke, stableford and par games, as well as ambrose, four ball and novelty events. Download FIXTURES here.
The Club members contest various “majors” during the year and our Club Championships later in the year. We have both Consistency and Eclectic trophies.
The Byford Golf Club is a social golf club, so our members enjoy a few drinks after each game and the banter on the tees has to be heard to be believed. Having fun is paramount.
Members' handicaps range from six to 34.
