The Bundaberg Hockey Association was established in 1933 with fixtures being played at Hinkler Park, North Bundaberg. We have an artificial playing surface and numerous grass fields. Hockey caters to all age groups, from Under 6 to Under 16, along with senior men and women. Our season begins in March and concludes in September each year, with weekly fixtures listed in the local newspaper each week.
Hockey is a non-contact team sport, which encourages sportsmanship, respect for players and officials, develops co-ordination, and increases stamina. We encourage junior and senior players to achieve their potential, whilst enjoying their community.
