Welcome to the Broken Hill South Auskick Centre! Located in the vibrant city of Broken Hill, within the Broken Hill City Council, our sports club is proud to be a part of the NAB AFL Auskick programme, which is Australia's leading participation programme for children. At our centre, we are dedicated to helping kids get active, form lasting friendships, and learn invaluable life skills through the game of Australian Football.

NAB AFL Auskick offers game-based activities that children love, where learning is disguised as playing. Even if your child has no prior experience with Aussie Rules football, they can start Auskick in the calendar year they turn 5. We believe in the power of game-based activities to make kids more active and confident. To ensure safe and fair play, we divide Auskickers by age and also provide optional all-girls groups to create a supportive environment for everyone.

Your child will comfortably navigate the footy field, all while laughing and learning along the way.

Our sessions run for just one hour per week, making it convenient for busy families. There's no need for expensive equipment, as Auskickers can wear whatever they're comfortable in. Joining NAB AFL Auskick means more than just playing sports. Auskickers receive a unique pack of exclusive footy goodies and an Auskick Junior Club Membership for their chosen AFL club, which includes access to games!

They also have the incredible opportunity to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their football heroes.

NAB AFL Auskick is not just for kids, but also for parents. We believe that families play a critical role in creating a fun and inclusive environment, so we encourage parents to get involved. Whether it's coordinating activities, volunteering, or simply cheering on your child, there are plenty of ways for you to contribute. As a registered Auskicker, you can also have the chance to join Team NAB AFL Auskick, the best Auskick team of all time! By registering, you can enter a competition to win a spot in the team. Winners of this competition not only get the opportunity to experience Grand Final Week, but also to present a medal to their football heroes at the Grand Final. To top it all off, the team captain receives $5,000 in spending money.
