

Formed in September 2010 due to popular demand following the 2009 Bridge to Brisbane Run sesisons.
Saturday 6am-7:30am from various locations around Brisbane. These sessions vary each week (a long run, Parkrun, strength and conditioning, trail run). For more information on the session scheduled, see the homepage and for location details see the weekly blog.
Our sessions are structured around training zones concentrating on building strength, speed, and endurance for key running events throughout the year.
