Youth Sailing We are proud to have a thriving youth sailing programme at Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club. Our youth coaching takes place on Saturday mornings throughout the season, and we offer classes for young sailors starting with the Tackers programme. As the sailors progress, they move on to the Green Fleet in the single-handed Optimist Dinghy. Our youth sailors have the opportunity to compete in local, state, and national competitions, and we have produced many successful sailors over the years.

Windsurfing Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club is also a hub for windsurfing enthusiasts. Our club offers the Windsurfer LT class, a single-handed sailboard class that is suitable for all ages. Based on the original one-design windsurfer from the 70s, the new board is lighter, stiffer, and faster. With a growing number of enthusiasts participating in races every Saturday, windsurfing at BSYC is a popular and exciting activity.
