Eastern Gymnastics Club offers a wide range of gymnastics programmes designed for all ages and abilities. Our aim is to provide fun, accessible, and inclusive gymnastics opportunities for everyone. Whether you're looking for recreational gymnastics, competitive programmes, or specialised classes, we have something for you.

- Gymfun: A recreational gymnastics programme for children aged 5–12 years old. It focuses on building coordination, strength, and flexibility while having fun in a supportive environment.

- Kindergym: A play-based gymnastics programme for children aged 1–5 years old. It helps to develop motor skills, coordination, and confidence through structured play and exploration.

- Adult Gym: A programme for adults of all fitness levels who want to improve their strength, flexibility, and coordination in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

- Gymstar: A competitive gymnastics programme for athletes who are interested in taking their skills to the next level. Furthermore, it provides opportunities for individuals to compete at both state and national levels.

- Women's Artistic Gymnastics: A programme focused on the development of skills and routines on four apparatuses: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. This programme caters to girls aged 6 years and older.

- Men's Artistic Gymnastics: A programme that focuses on developing skills and routines on six apparatuses: floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. This programme caters to boys aged 6 years and older.

- Inclusive Gymnastics: A programme designed for individuals with disabilities, providing them with the opportunity to participate in gymnastics and develop their skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our club is also available for private functions, where you can celebrate birthdays, team building events, or other special occasions with a gymnastics-themed party.

During school holidays, we offer a fun-filled holiday programme where children can enjoy gymnastics activities, games, and crafts.
