

Bondi United Rugby League Club, located in Sydney, is a sports club with a rich history and a strong connexion to the local community. The club was founded in 1946 by ex-servicemen who wanted to continue playing Rugby League and maintain their friendships. Since then, Bondi United has become one of the most successful Roosters junior clubs, consistently fielding teams for the past 77 years.
Throughout its history, Bondi United has produced many outstanding players, including Ferris Aston, Ray Beven, Kevin Junee, John Mayes, John Pearl, and Paul Dunn. Notably, Luke Ricketson, a former Sydney Roosters star and record holder, also started his career at Bondi United. With 10 club championships and over 120 individual premierships, the club has proven its success on the field.
As the years have gone by, Bondi United has expanded its role in the community. In addition to Rugby League, the club also offers competitive sporting outlets for parents, such as women's netball and basketball, mixed touch football, and tag football competitions. The club's swimming club is the largest social group at Bondi Bath, with members of all ages coming together every Sunday morning during summer.
Bondi United is committed to promoting a safe and positive environment for all its members. The club adheres to the ARL Junior League Code of Conduct and Safe Play Code, ensuring that everyone involved in the club understands their responsibilities and acts in accordance with the values of respect, fairness, and good sportsmanship.
