Welcome to Bomaderry Auskick Centre, the premier sports club in Nowra – Bomaderry, offering the NAB AFL Auskick programme for kids of all ages. As Australia's leading participation programme, Auskick provides children with an introduction to Australian Football and valuable life skills while keeping them active and helping them form lasting friendships.

At Bomaderry Auskick Centre, we believe that learning should be disguised as playing. With our game-based activities, children can start Auskick in the calendar year they turn 5, regardless of their previous Aussie Rules experience. The best part is, NAB AFL Auskick isn't just for kids – parents have plenty of options to participate too.

Our sessions run for one hour per week, where we divide Auskickers by age to ensure safe and fair play. We also offer optional all-girls groups to provide a comfortable environment for everyone involved. Participants are encouraged to wear whatever they feel comfortable in, so there's no need for expensive kits.

Aside from the fun and friendships, Bomaderry Auskick Centre offers a range of exciting benefits for NAB AFL Auskickers. Every participant receives a unique pack of exclusive footy goodies and an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice. This membership includes access to games and the opportunity to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches alongside their footy heroes.

Parents play a critical role in creating a fun and inclusive environment at Bomaderry Auskick Centre. For those who want to take their Auskick experience to the next level, there is an opportunity to register and win a spot in Team NAB AFL Auskick. The lucky winners of this competition receive a once-in-a-lifetime Grand Final Week experience, as well as the chance to present a medal to their footy heroes at the Grand Final. They also receive $5,000 spending money for the team captain.
