The club was founded by Monique Craft in 2012, with a mission to help individuals feel fitter, stronger, healthier, and happier in their own bodies. Monique's passion for the health and fitness industry, combined with her desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, was the driving force behind the creation of BodyCraft.

At BodyCraft, the focus is on effective training, positive nutrition, and self-love. With over 150 women trained each week, the dedicated team at BodyCraft challenges their clients, helps them see results, and ultimately makes them smile. The club is proud to have three other passionate trainers who support Monique in fulfilling their mission of crafting as many women as possible into feeling healthier and happier in their bodies.

Monique Craft, as the founder and master trainer of BodyCraft, leads the way with her expertise and passion. With her extensive qualifications, including Cert III & IV in Fitness, Level 1 and Advanced boxing instructor, RPM instructor, Bootcamp Certified Trainer, and a University Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, Monique is well-equipped to guide and inspire her clients.
