BiciSport prides itself on its commitment to helping riders compete at all levels of competition. Whether it's World Championship events or local domestic races, the club provides support and guidance to help riders reach their full potential. In recent years, BiciSport has also started to include selected Cyclosportives in their calendar, offering members a chance to participate in organised rides and challenges.

The club's website serves as a hub of information for members. It features regular updates with race reports, team member news, and upcoming events. Riders can also find racing and cyclosportive calendars, details of training rides, safe riding routes in Sydney, information on special events, and links to BiciSport sponsors, clothing, and team membership.

BiciSport operates under the motto of “exercise your own skill & care” when using the material on their website. While they strive to provide accurate and relevant information, users are encouraged to evaluate the material and seek professional advice when necessary.

The name and logo of BiciSport are inspired by the leading Italian cycle racing magazine of the same name. In Italian, BiciSport simply means “bikesport,” reflecting the club's dedication to the sport of cycling.

The club also has a presence on Strava, a social media platform for athletes. Members can join the BiciSport Strava Club to connect with fellow riders and track their activities.

BiciSport also has a closed Facebook group, where approved members can engage in discussions and share cycling-related content. However, certain guidelines are in place to maintain a positive and respectful environment. Political discussions, derogatory comments, cyberbullying, and offensive language are not allowed.

The club is led by a dedicated management team, including Director Mike O'Reilly and Team Principals Gio Pilu and Mike O'Reilly. Coaches John Crouchley, Mike Lawson, and Alex Simmons contribute their expertise to the development of riders.

BiciSport operates under the NSW Fair Trading model constitution for sporting bodies. The club is an incorporated sporting body and holds Annual General Meetings in November each year. The current office bearers include Mike O'Reilly as President/Secretary, Nigel Smith as Vice President/Treasurer, and committee members Marty Wright, Melissa Budd, and Peter Budd.
