Welcome to the Belconnen Dog Obedience Club! Founded in 1975, the Belconnen Dog Obedience Club (BDOC) is a sports club in Canberra that aims to provide dog training instruction and facilities for families living in the northern region of the city. As a not-for-profit organisation, BDOC is run entirely by a dedicated team of volunteers who are passionate about promoting responsible dog ownership and strengthening the bond between dogs and their owners.
BDOC is proud to be supported by ACT Sport and Recreation Services and the Department of Education and Training ACT, who provide valuable financial assistance to ensure that our club can continue to offer quality services and programmes to our members.
At BDOC, we offer a wide range of activities for both dogs and their owners to enjoy. Our training programmes cover various disciplines such as Canine Companion Agility, Dances with Dogs, Disc Dogs, Flyball, Rally, Scent Work, Trialling, and Obedience.
