Green fees at Beechworth Golf Club are reasonable, with adults paying $10 for an all-day pass, while kids can enjoy a full day of golf for only $2. The greens fees box is conveniently located outside the Club Room at Barmuutha Park Complex on Balaclava Rd in Beechworth.
The club hosts regular competitions to engage members and provide a fun and competitive atmosphere. Men's competitions are held on Sundays at either 1pm (during daylight savings) or 12:45pm (during non-daylight savings). Ladies' competitions take place on Wednesdays at 10am during the golf season (March to November) and on Sundays at 9am during the same period. The club also organises a mixed competition on Thursdays from 4:15pm, offering a twilight 9-hole experience.
Friday Twilight Competitions for mixed players start at 4pm and consist of 9 holes.

The committee is led by President Jacob Howard, with Andrew Croome serving as Vice-President, Daryl Rowe as Minutes Secretary, Trish Croome as Correspondence Secretary, and Doyna Collins as Treasurer. To become a member of Beechworth Golf Club for the 2023/2024 season, individuals can download the appropriate membership application form from the club's website. Fees vary depending on the membership category, with the Adult Member fee being $140, including a Golf Link handicap. Country Members pay $100 and $70, respectively, depending on whether they reside within a 30 km radius of the club and whether they wish to include a Golf Link handicap. The club also offers a Recreational Pass for $70 for those who do not wish to participate in competitions and a Summer Member option for $70, which is applicable only during Daylight Savings Time and includes participation in the Thursday Twilight Competition.
Junior Memberships are available at a cost of $10 for individuals under the age of 18.
Throughout the year, the Beechworth Golf Club hosts various events and competitions.
