Bayside Taekwondo teaches traditional Taekwondo including self-defence, poomsae, WT competition sparring and also incorporates a mixture of Jujitsu,boxing and <span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline; font-family: system-ui, -apple-system, system-ui, ".</p><p>Our club is focused on self-defence and the traditional discipline of Taekwondo. We have also been successful in creating State and National Champions in WT competition and our aim is to improve our students’ self-confidence and martial arts skills, helping them to be better prepared for life’s many challenges.</p><p>Aris Koutoufos and Matthew Donald have over 25 years experience in Taekwondo and are 1st class Australian Taekwondo national referees, Qualified NCAS coaches (Level 1) with level 1 first aid certification and also working with children certification.</p>
