Welcome to Easts Bays Junior Rugby Club! Located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, our club is dedicated to nurturing a love for Rugby Union among young players aged U6 to U9.

At Easts Bays, we believe in the power of community and teamwork. We encourage active participation and involvement from players, their families, and friends in all aspects of the club. Whether it's playing, coaching, refereeing, managing a team, or simply supporting from the sidelines, everyone has a role to play in fostering a passion for the game.

Our club values inclusivity and acceptance. We welcome players of all backgrounds, regardless of sex, race, religion, or playing ability. Our primary focus is on fun, enjoyment, and friendship. We aim to develop not only athletic skills and fitness but also important life skills such as leadership, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

At Easts Bays, we understand that the emphasis should always be on the child's enjoyment and effort, rather than the outcome of the game. We encourage parents to refrain from pressuring their children to participate and instead let them discover their love for the sport organically.

As part of the Easts Rugby Pathway, our club provides a seamless transition from the Minis and Juniors teams to the senior Easts team. This pathway allows players to continue their rugby journey and pursue their passion for the sport at a higher level.
