Welcome to Bay Power Auskick, the leading sports club in Hervey Bay dedicated to promoting active lifestyles and forming lasting friendships through the NAB AFL Auskick programme. Auskick is an introduction to Australian Football, where children can learn valuable life skills while having a blast playing games.
At Bay Power Auskick, we believe in the power of game-based activities to make children more active and confident. Our sessions, which run for one hour per week, offer a perfect blend of fun, laughter, and learning on the footy field. We cater to children starting from the age of 5, regardless of their prior experience with Aussie Rules.
To ensure a safe and fair play environment, our Auskickers are divided into age groups, and we also offer optional all-girls groups. There is no need for expensive equipment or uniforms; kids can simply wear whatever they feel comfortable in. The focus is on enjoying the game and building confidence.
By registering with Bay Power Auskick, your child will receive an exclusive pack of footy goodies, an Auskick Junior Club Membership for the AFL club of their choice, and the amazing opportunity to play halftime at AFL and AFLW elite matches, alongside their favourite footy heroes.
Parents play a critical role in the NAB AFL Auskick programme, and we encourage you to get involved at every stage. Whether it's coordinating events, volunteering, or simply cheering on your child, your support is invaluable in fostering a fun and inclusive environment.
In addition to participating in our programme, registered Auskickers also have the chance to win a spot in Team NAB AFL Auskick. Winners of this competition enjoy a Grand Final Week experience, the opportunity to present a medal to their footy heroes at the Grand Final, and $5,000 spending money for the team captain.
