Baxter Netball Club is a family-friendly sports club located in Melbourne, Australia. Established in 1958, the club started out with teams participating in the “Mornington Peninsula Basketball Association” before moving to the Frankston Competition in 1966. Today, Baxter Netball Club is proud to be one of the founding clubs at Jubilee Park.
During the 2022 Winter Season, the club had all eligible teams progress to the finals, showcasing the dedication and skill of our players. In addition to Winter, we also participate in the shorter Spring competition, which is a great opportunity for newcomers to netball to try it out before committing to a full Winter Season.
Baxter Netball Club caters to boys and girls of all ages, from Net Set Go to Open Division, fostering a love for netball and promoting a strong sense of community and participation. Our main objective is to encourage children and adults to engage in physical activity within a safe and supportive environment. All of our coaches, team managers, and committee members volunteer their time to ensure that every player has the opportunity to participate and enjoy the great team sport of netball.
Our teams train and play at the Frankston District Netball Association, which offers excellent facilities for our players to develop their skills and compete against other clubs in the region. Online registrations for Winter open in late November, and the competition runs from March to September.
