Bassendean Tennis Club (BTC) is a small, inclusive and culturally diverse club which welcomes new members and visitors and is situated on Hamilton Street near Guildford Road.
The facility has 2 prominent blue rebound ace courts and 2 synthetic grass courts available all year round and 4 grass courts used during summer.
New members are most welcome. Visitors are also very welcome and can join social play for a fee of $10 per session.
BTC is in a developing stage with a substantial increase in membership of young adults in the past two years. One of the State’s top ranked players, Cameron Fenner was appointed as club coach in late 2009 with the primary aims of developing a junior programme and providing coaching to club members and the public.
Along with social play BTC has competitive tennis through regular pennants teams, and intra-club championships and special events.
