Our centre is also home to our Stealth Fighting Arts programme, which encompasses disciplines such as Shotokan karate, boxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and mixed martial arts. In addition to these offerings, we are proud to offer Tai Chi, an ancient art form that has been clinically proven to benefit both body and mind. With its focus on gentle, flowing movements, Tai Chi provides a low-impact exercise that promotes relaxation, balance, and inner harmony.

Bargo Martial Arts & Fitness Centre was founded by David and Jacqui Suker, who share a deep passion for the martial arts and health and fitness. With their warm and welcoming approach, David and Jacqui have successfully created an environment where members feel like part of a family.
