Heading the club in 2021 is President Luke Hubble, supported by Vice-President Craig Herberte. Jamie Lanyon holds the position of treasurer, and Jordan Faulkhead serves as the vice-treasurer. Ebony Stanbrook takes on the role of secretary, and the committee consists of Adrienne Fielding, Jeremy Adams, Donica Foster, Andrew Stanbrook, Jane Boulton, Jake Roberts, Simon Kelly, Tessa Houkamau, and Jenny Donnelly.
The coaching lineup for the 2021 season includes Jeremy Weinert for men's football and Luke Hubble for women's football. Tessa Houkamau is in charge of coaching the A Grade and B Grade netball teams, while Lateesha Hester oversees the C Grade team. Rebecca Mannix and Rebecca Lynch, along with Trish Watson, take the helm for the U17 and U15 teams, respectively.

Bambill Football Netball Club takes pride in its rich history within the Millewa League, which was formed in 1926. The club, known as the Saints, stands among six teams, including Cardross, Gol Gol, Meringur, Nangiloc, and Werrimull.
Throughout its history, Bambill Football Netball Club has secured numerous topship victories. Notable years include 1935, 1938, 1939, 1949, and more recently, 2015 and 2016 in football, and 1962, 1970, 1971, and 1996 in netball.
In men's football, Coach Darren James leads the team, with Sam Doering and Brayden Wood serving as captains. While the team faced challenges in the 2017 season and finished last without a win, individual achievements include Joshua Coates as the Best & Fairest player, Kade Small as the Runner Up, and Joshua Coates as the Leading Goal Kicker. Kade Small was recognised as the Most Courageous player, while Sam Doering received the Coaches Award. Luke Coates was honoured as the Best Utility player, and Ben Stevenson excelled as the Best Defender.
