Summer training sessions are held at Unley Swimming Centre in Forestville, Adelaide. These sessions take place on Monday and Wednesday mornings, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and Saturday mornings. Each training session lasts for 1. 5 hours and includes a warm-up, skills and drills, a main set, and a cool-down.
Craig Jones, the head coach of Atlantis Masters Swimming, delivers the training programme. Craig has been the head coach since 1987 and holds advanced level coaching accreditations.
During summer, open water swimming is also offered. This provides an opportunity for members to experience different swimming conditions and challenges. Winter training sessions are held at SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre in Oaklands Park, Adelaide, and also at Westminster College in Marion, Adelaide. Both locations offer early morning training sessions on Saturdays.
After training, members often gather for a coffee at the venue's kiosk or go to a nearby café for breakfast. Thursday nights are reserved for pub nights, where members can relax and socialise.
