Apollo Netball Club East Gosford

Apollo Netball Club East Gosford was established in 1972 by a group of mums from the local primary school, St Patrick's East Gosford. For many years a small club, Apollo has increased in stature to include over 25 teams across NetMod, Junior and Senior divisions as well as participants in the Net Set Go programme. We are now one of the largest clubs in the association with members from all over the Central Coast.  Apollo has a strong junior base with players representing Gosford Netball Association and the Central Coast.

With such a talented pool of players we have been able to establish a pathway to move up into high grade senior division teams. The 2018 season will see Apollo represented in Division 2 with the aim of fielding a Division 1 team in 2019. We provide training and mentoring for all our umpires and coaches. Our umpires are amongst the best and most qualified in the association from White Awards through to National Badges and have also taken part in the Representative Umpire Programme.

• Foster a spirit of cooperation, team work, fair play and respect for fellow netballers
• Support and equip all coaches and umpires in the development of their respective skills and by doing so raise the standard of play and knowledge of both individuals and teams.
